How We Manufacture Your Custom Bags， From Concept to Production
From material inspection to final packing, every custom bag follows a controlled production process. Depending on the material and product structure, we use precision sewing, high-frequency welding, or a combination of both to manufacture bags according to your confirmed requirements and approved specifications.
Material & Component Inspection
Before production begins, PVC and TPU sheets, laminated fabrics, neoprene, nylon and other raw materials are checked for material type, color, thickness and condition. Zippers, buckles, webbing, handles and other components are also verified against the approved specifications.
Precision Cutting Material
Materials are accurately cut according to the confirmed patterns to maintain consistent dimensions and reduce material variation during assembly.
Logo & Branding Printing
Screen printing, UV printing, Digital Printing,embossed/debossed, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels and patches are applied according to the approved artwork, color and placement.
Sewing or HF Welding Shape&Construction
Depending on the material and product structure, panels are joined through reinforced sewing or high-frequency welding to achieve the required strength, appearance and sealing performance.
Assembly & In-Process Control
Bags ,Handles, straps, zippers, linings, insulation and hardware are assembled step by step. Key dimensions, seams, welds and functional details are checked during production.
